Package Care Ltd was founded in 1978, to source packaging machinery & material for the MJF Group, Sri Lanka’s No. 1 exporters of branded tea made under the family brand of Dilmah™. Merrill J Fernando, the founder of the MJF Group, created Dilmah Tea whilst combining the two names of his two sons Dilhan and Malik. His vision to make Dilmah a global giant he knew packaging would play a vital role and in order to do so, he created Package Care Ltd, now known as PCL Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
